Hi! I am an illustrator from Indonesia. I enjoy drawing and reading fiction books since I was little, which ignite my love for illustration and stories. When I found that both worlds can merge into one in a picture book, I was immediately drawn into that realm.
My admiration for the art of picture books from all over the world makes me dreaming to become an international children picture book creator. I was over the moon when I got the opportunity to pursue the Master’s Degree in Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art.
I found out about risography during my study in Cambridge, and fell in love with it. Nowadays, I combine manual and digital technique to mimic the risograph effects.
In 2021, my work, A Bus Ride, was shortlisted for Nami Concours, and became one of the winners in Bologna Illustrators Exhibition and dPictus Unpublished Picturebook Showcase. It has also won the second place for Children Books category in Brightness Illustration Awards 2022.
